Milla was very patient while we explored a large area, and helped us narrow down what neighborhoods to search. Her knowledge of the unique vibe of each neighborhood was extremely helpful, being new to CA. Then once we made an offer, she had great recommendations for which inspectors to use and what questions to ask. I’d recommend her to anyone!

We worked with Milla when we were looking to buy a condo property in Pasadena, ultimately closing on a condo in May 2026. I appreciated her rich knowledge of the real estate market in Pasadena and her no-nonsense approach to buying in current market conditions, along with frank assessments of our options which guided us to making a decision which fit our needs. She was professional and easy to work with, too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in Pasadena. As a bonus, she gave us a list of construction/renovation and home maintenance specialists which has proved very valuable to us as we consider making upgrades to our new property.

Milla was fantastic, and that is a bit of an understatement. Finding a home with a realtor is a team effort, and we feel fortunate to have had Milla on our side. It is all too easy to find yourself thinking “Why do I need a realtor, they just send me the same listings I’ve found online”. We thought the same, for a time. What we quickly realized, in the first few days with Milla, is how much we didn’t know. How much nuance there is in looking for and assessing a property that only experience can provide. How the relationships with financial agencies, vendors, inspectors, and other realtors not only help one better navigate the search, but continue on after your closing. Milla has the experience and relationships in spades. Our experience was positive from start to finish, so much so that we were already recommending her to friends and family before we closed on our home. Without a doubt when we next purchase, or sell a home, Milla will be our first call!

Milla is amazing! Working with Milla was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. She gave my husband and me great guidance in pricing our property for a sale. Her professionalism, deep understanding of the market, and genuine commitment to us made the process go well. She was always available to answer questions, to explain every step clearly, and to offer honest, thoughtful guidance. What impressed me most was her talent for negotiation—qualities that ensured we achieved a great outcome. Whether it was arranging showings, managing paperwork, or anticipating potential challenges, Milla handled everything with confidence, efficiency, and care.I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is truly a top-tier real estate professional!

If you want someone who will go above and beyond, not just to help you find a house, but to help you find a place to belong, Fedora is the person you want by your side

Milla was fantastic! I listed and sold a condo from outside the country with Milla and she relentlessly answered all of my questions, talked me through every stage of the sale and was always there for me. She got it done in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend Milla….don’t walk…run to her!

Milla is both thoroughly professional and fun to be around. She helped take the stress out of our search with her skills of understanding and communication. She was always curious about our process, and offered helpful insights. When it came time to negotiating the best deal we could get, she was clear and firm, just the kind of person you want on your side.

Incredible human-highly recommend. She was so helpful and communicative eveyy try step of the way. She had a wonderful network and made the whole process of our first time buying so easy.

Milla was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was patient as we looked for a home for over a year. She showed up for open houses when we were not able to attend and took video for us. She guided us through the whole process and advocated on our behalf in negotiations. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Los Angeles area!

Selling my property from 3,000 miles away meant that Milla was my boots on the ground. She really hustled in a challenging market, constantly keeping me in the loop about how things were going and was a skilled negotiator on my behalf when it came to closing the deal. If you are looking for a highly-skilled real estate agent in Southern California who goes the extra mile, I highly recommend her.
