Milla was fantastic, and that is a bit of an understatement. Finding a home with a realtor is a team effort, and we feel fortunate to have had Milla on our side. It is all too easy to find yourself thinking “Why do I need a realtor, they just send me the same listings I’ve found online”. We thought the same, for a time. What we quickly realized, in the first few days with Milla, is how much we didn’t know. How much nuance there is in looking for and assessing a property that only experience can provide. How the relationships with financial agencies, vendors, inspectors, and other realtors not only help one better navigate the search, but continue on after your closing.
